Hi, I’m Larissa - I’m a wife to my fabulous husband, a homeschool mom to our four wonderful children, and a Certified Doula - equipped to help you prepare physically, emotionally, and spiritually for the beauty that is BIRTH!
This company was born out of my absolute love of pregnancy, labor, delivery, and parenting. I frequently tell my overdue friends that I wish I could trade places with them for labor and delivery! You may think I’m crazy, but that is how much I love what God allows us to experience in the pregnancy and birth process!
Is birth easy or pain free?! By no means, BUT that, in and of itself, is God’s Grace to us!
It is pain and hope simultaneously.
As God’s people - we have a great hope and an eternal perspective to keep in mind, when going through really difficult situations, including the pains of pregnancy and childbirth.
These pains point us to our daily need for Christ.
Q. What is your only comfort in LIFE and in death?
A. That I am not my own, but belong—body and soul, in LIFE and in death—to my faithful Savior, Jesus Christ.
He has fully paid for all my sins with his precious blood, and has set me free from the tyranny of the devil. He also watches over me in such a way that not a hair can fall from my head without the will of my Father in heaven; in fact, all things must work together for my salvation.
Because I belong to him, Christ, by his Holy Spirit, assures me of eternal life and makes me wholeheartedly willing and ready from now on to live for him.

What To Expect
Childbirth Classes
Let’s learn about Birth! From contractions through to beginning to nurse your little one. In these three classes you will learn about the 3 stages of labor and how to be confidently prepared to face each one.
Day of Doula
When the consistent contractions come, I will be available to help you evaluate where you are in labor and to remind you of the coping skills we have practiced. Then I will be there with you for up to 5 hours, while you progress through dilation, delivery, and beginning nursing.
Postpartum Care
Every birth story is different, so taking the time to talk about the outcomes of your birth is important. We will do this in the postpartum visit - 2-5 days after birth. I will also help with any nursing or postpartum related questions on this visit.
My goal is to equip you to lean on Christ for COMFORT through labor + delivery, till you reach the JOY of holding new life!
